is a network-aware screen saver and security tool designed to lock idle workstations with your network password.A hotkey combination can activate the screen saver on demand. By default, the program displays a bouncing football screen saver, but you can configure Screen Pass to display any bitmap.
Screen Pass verifies passwords on Novell Netware, Banyan Vines and Microsoft NT networks. Visitors can leave messages to be displayed when the workstation is unlocked. Reporting of elapsed time, user ID, and failed password attempts is optional.
The program also includes administrator features such as password override, an automatic logout option (after visual and audible warnings), centralized configuration management, and the ability to prevent users from deactivating Screen Pass. French, German, and Swedish language versions are also available.
