Furthermore, you can generate 3D surface terrain models covering vast areas with a single mouse click. The terrain is developed by connecting the given survey points and forming triangles to create a surface model. Using advanced algorithms, GlobalCAD Terrain can produce these models as polyface meshes or solids (including volumetric data). GlobalCAD Terrain supports Bricscad Pro and the entire family of AutoCAD products including AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture, AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD Land Desktop and AutoCAD Map 3D. The software can be installed on a standalone computer or network drive (you can connect the entire design team with total network support options). Further details are available during installation. Please Note: GlobalCAD Terrain is an add-on for AutoCAD and Bricscad Pro. Therefore either AutoCAD or Bricscad Pro needs to be pre-installed on your computer before you can use GlobalCAD Terrain.
