is a Java application which allows those whose IP addresses are provided dynamically from a pool of addresses by their ISP to host Internet services of their own.Dynamic Internet Publisher accomplishes this by querying your chosen mail server for your current external IP address. It then copies the information into a simple Web page with a built-in redirect tag, and publishes it via FTP to the location of your choice.
The program then waits for a while and rechecks your IP. If it has changed, it publishes a new Web page. You can even specify the delay time.
