is a useful program to teach spelling to children and adults.Hundreds of the most commonly misspelled words are integrated right into the program, and are separated by grade level (e.g. grades 2-3, 4-5, 6-7, 8-9, and grades 10 and above). Just click on a misspelled word and type in the correct spelling. This section also has a timed test feature that lets you spell as many words as you can in 60 seconds.
Spelling Bee also lets you create your own spelling list, and it will grade your spelling for you. Students can use the program to test themselves on their weekly spelling list from school. Adults can create their own list of misspelled words and practice them to improve their spelling.
At any time you can click the Scoreboard button to display your progress. It displays a list of your misspelled words, the number of words attempted, the number correctly spelled, the number incorrectly spelled, and your percentage of correct answers. The scoreboard may be reset at any time.
