CardWizard for Windows NT supports plug-and-play 'Hot Swapping' under Windows NT and works with numerous card types, including ATA, CardBus, Combo, Flash, Fortezza, ISDN, Modem, Multifunction, Network, SCSI, Serial, Specialty, and SRAM. CardWizard supports more than 700 PC Cards and 130 platforms.
Using the CardWizard application, you can: view detailed resource information about PC cards, including card name, manufacturer, card type, slot usage, and resources used; set preferred com ports for modem and drive letters for mass storage (ATA, Flash and SRAM) cards so that regardless of the slot used, the card receives the same parameter; modify the IRQ mask for the system; launch an associated application on card insertion; and define notification schemes as to when to display messages.
