BurnRights is a lightweight and portable app that lets you modify users' access to CD and DVD devices. It can be easily configured. Since installation is not a requirement, you can simply save the EXE file to any location on the hard drive and run it immediately. As an alternative, you can move BurnRights to a USB flash drive or similar storage unit, in order to run it on any computer with minimum effort.
