When resources are allocated to a project, the program automatically sets up the current cost rate, thereby facilitating online project estimation. As resources are allocated to project tasks, ProjectTime automatically adds the project or task to the employee's timesheet assignments.
When employees enter their timesheets and allocate time to their assigned projects, the project manager can instantaneously review their progress with the click of a button.
Online integration also allows managers to update actuals, view the completion percentage, track estimates to actuals, and monitor costs to date and employee resource allocations.
