The program has a full set of drawing, painting and animation tools, including: brush, line, ellipse, rectangle, flood fill, rotate, flip, area selector, text, nudge, zoom, swirl, fade, wipe, scroll, and 3-D borders.
IconForge lets you extract icons from EXE, DLL, ICO, ANI or CUR file formats as well as from most common image files. Images can be saved in icon or cursor format or as BMP, GIF, JPEG, PCX or TIFF format. Icons from OCX, VBX, DRV, ICL and CPL files can also be imported and exported.
