There are some utility applications that anyone who works on complex projects should have, especially if they involve multiple calculations. One of such applications is Unit Convertor.It's a simple but basic program for converting between multiple units and making some adjustments. You can change the number of decimals it displays and use various tools.

Simple and basic user interface

The application installs quickly and it sports a really simple and basic graphical interface with only a few tools at hand. It doesn't have a toolbar with options that you can make to the application's graphical interface.It's quite simple to use, but it would have been nice if it came with some tips and instructions on how to use the application. It would also be nice if it came with the option to open multiple sections at once and manage them using tabs.

Convert units easily

It comes with only five sections that allow you to convert units, pick from length, time, weight, temperature and bytes. You simply need to type in the value you would like to convert and pick from centimeters, feet, inches, kilometers, meters, likes and millimeters for converting length.It displays all values inside the main window and you can adjust the decimals if you want. Time values can be converted into day, hour, micro or milli seconds, minutes and weeks. Weight can be converted into carat, gram, kilogram, milligram or pounds.

Some more tools

You can convert temperature into Celsius, Fahrenheit, Kelvin or Rankine. It allows you to convert bytes into bits, kilo bits, mega bits or giga bytes if needed. It has the option to copy information onto the clipboard, but that feature doesn't really work. It would have been nice if it had some more export options for your data.All in all, Unit Convertor is a small and handy application for converting units, but it would have been nice if it had some more tools and the option to export information to other programs.
