This utility resides as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar, giving you access to wallpaper settings with one left click of the mouse.

With Wallpaper Drag, you are no longer limited to using BMP image files as wallpaper; you can use JPG, GIF, ICO, PCX, EMF, and WMF files as well. You can also use this utility to change the desktop background color, automatically resize the wallpaper when the screen resolution changes, change the startup and shutdown logo screens to any image you select, and automatically align the desktop icons.

You can also use it to switch display modes, access screen-saver settings, browse your computer drives, access the desktop icons, and quickly switch wallpaper files.

Other features include wallpaper randomization and the ability to browse your Control Panel and Printers folders from the Start menu. Wallpaper Drag even supports user profiles, so each user can have their own wallpaper. Additionally, you can apply a picture frame effect to the wallpaper, and use the "Apply Mirror", "Fish Eye", "Twirl", "Waves", and "Rotate" effects as well.
