Phone Plus provides multiple phone books, letting you store contact information, notes, and up to four phone numbers in each entry. It offers speed dialing, automatic redial of busy numbers, call logging, and automatic decoding of phone numbers containing letters.

If your modem supports it, Phone Plus has a full range of Caller ID and speakerphone features. This includes: the ability to announce a caller's name using any SAPI compliant text-to-speech engine, notification of the caller before you answer (including bringing up the caller's notes on screen), call logging while you were away (which lets you easily return missed calls), numeric pager notification (that tells you when someone is calling while you are away), e-mail notification (with the caller's name, telephone number, and time of call), automatic hanging up on unwanted callers (after playing a voice message), and much more.
