BillQuick allows a user to enter time in two key strokes. The program reviews the client information data and bills intelligently at the appropriate time. The Time Card module gives employees full access to enter their time directly into the system, while limits their access to confidential information. The Expense Log screen lets you record all your business related expenses. BillQuick will remind you when to send invoices and when to call clients whose accounts are past due. A built-in report designer lets you create invoices, statements, and custom reports.
BillQuick is network compatible with multiple users, and allows off-site time entry and data merging. It features a Microsoft Access compatible data file, which lets you export data to any software package. You can also export payments, expenses and payroll information to QuickBooks and Peachtree. You can import data from other applications.
