You simply enter your company data; optionally insert your company logo; type in your customer, broker, and vendor information; enter the data relating to your employees; set up your pay rates; and select your expense types.

You can then enter expenses and employee hours and generate invoices, which are based on the ending date of a given period. The default periods consist of the 1st to the 15th of the month and the 16th to the last day of the month.
