helps you to record how long you spend working on each of your daily activities.
On a regular basis, Outatime appears on your screen, and asks you to click on the activity (or activities) you have been working on since the last time it appeared. Once you have allocated all your time appropriately, it disappears until the next time.
If you have to fill out a timesheet at the end of the week, Outatime can calculate your figures automatically.
Outatime includes two weekly reports, one for displaying which activities occured during the week, and another for showing allocated hours.
It also allows you to set the amount of time in each time unit, the length of your working day, the time period before the next appearance of the program on your desktop, and whether you can ignore the program when it appears.
