A closer look at H.E.D.Z. - Head Extreme Destruction Zone

When the game begins, you can choose five Heads to progress through the asteroid levels. For example, you can choose from Punk Rocker Head, Jester Head, Old Lady Head, Scarecrow Head, and others. All the Heads come with unique weapons and fighting abilities. Your goal is to get through the game with the greatest number of Heads to become the best head-hunter in the galaxy.

As you power through the H.E.D.Z. tournament, you have the opportunity to collect new Heads by shooting another head-hunter until its head pops off and becomes a dead head token. When you grab the dead head token and add it to your collection in the "Head Case" you get that newly-acquired Head's special weapons and powers.

As you make your way through the game, the asteroid levels become increasingly more difficult, and the enemies you encounter become increasingly more aggressive, occasionally resorting to stealing your collection of Heads.

You'll also have to make sure you collect the right Heads because sometimes you need specific fighting powers to get past certain levels.
