Word to PDF is a program that you can use to convert files of various formats (including DOC, RTF, HTM, CSS, TXT and images) to PDF documents.The interface of the application is intuitive and easy to navigate through. You can use the file browser to locate and convert files, since the "drag and drop" method is not supported. Batch conversions are permitted.So, you can select one or more files from the same root, specify the output destination and proceed with the conversion process.Furthermore, you can configure options when it comes to the PDF page format, width and height, as well as left, top, right and bottom margin (in inches).In addition, you have shortcuts to Recent Documents, Desktop, My Documents, My Computer and Network. But you can also change the viewing mode (large or small icons, list, details), create a new folder, go back, and more.The application runs on a low-to-moderate amount of system resources and quickly finishes a task without causing us any problems along the way. When the job is done, Word to PDF offers to open the output file.Unfortunately, we weren't able to access the help file (clicking the option or pressing the keyboard shortcut didn't do anything). Word to PDF doesn't display elapsed or remaining time during tasks. Also, it seems to have some problems with image processing. For example, it failed to convert pictures from Word and doesn't resize them if they are too large to fit the page, in case of JPEGs or other image formats.To conclude, Word to PDF is a pretty good program for PDF conversions but it clearly needs some improvements.
