reminds you to take breaks from work and guides you to perform exercises.
BackPack helps you to avoid the most common computer related repetitive strain injuries (RSI) by reminding you to take breaks with exercises. These are shown with animated pictures of a real model. The program includes stretches covering: arms, back, legs, hands and neck. Onscreen instructions lead you step-by-step through each exercise.
This program was designed for people who work for long period of times and have a computer close to them. The exercises are good for everyone who works in a sitting position.
BackPack runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar. There is a reminder screen that appears before the program pops up. You can set when to show the reminder screen and the time interval between exercise sessions. The stretches can be started and stopped at any time by clicking the System Tray icon. You can turn the sound on or off, and set a excersie speed.
The program also includes information on how to correctly set up your work station.
