The Stock and Inventory Control module manages your stock and allows simple inventory control. Stock quantities and the movements of incoming and outgoing items are recorded and date stamped. The Recipes Database provides a database with about 1000 basic ingredients and 1000 recipes. You can add your own items, recipes and menus.
The Nutrients module carries out calculations of nutritive and food energy values of your dishes and menus. You can define the nutrients for each merchandise item, and the program calculates all your dishes and menus automatically.
The Menu Planning module lets you plan your weekly menus or suggest new menus at the click of a button. Calculate your average prices, food cost, nutritional balance, and more. Print out elaborate menus, menu planning, shopping lists by period.
The Suppliers and Purchase Order module lets you manage your suppliers' addresses to facilitate purchase orders. Achieve better price control through historical information. Print out statistics and analysis for each and every article, supplier, stock item, etc.
CALCMENU is able to convert recipes from MicroCookBook and MasterCook and is compatible with Fidelio's F and B program.
