The program also includes "Advisors" that step you through a series of questions (much like a personal financial advisor would do) to answer a particular financial question. Unlike the calculators, they provide text-based answers (rather than a bottom-line oriented, numeric answer). The Advisors explain how they arrive at a result as well as the considerations that you should make when evaluating the results of financial calculations. The Advisors include Lease vs. Buy, Points, and Refinance. You can edit the results right in the answer window.
You can run multiple copies of a calculator for fast side-by-side comparisons. You just fill-in-the-blanks, and press the "CALC" button. The results can be copied to the Window's clipboard to include in another program or printed to any printer.
