A closer look at WinSwim/Rec

It provides the ability to keep a team roster with names and addresses for each team member. You can set up a number of events based on stroke, age range and time category. WinSwim allows for three classes of swimmers per event (such as bronze, silver and gold) and it creates the lane slips necessary for swimmers to be seeded and used for timers to enter results during the meet. Using these lane slips, results are registered in the software, converted to yard times (if necessary) and posted to a best times register.

Points are assigned for 1st through 3rd place allowing for teams to determine if a team beats an opposing team.
