It allows you to set up an unlimted number of local mailboxes using only one account with your Internet Service Provider. Users on your network can retrieve or send mail using any Internet mail package. It is compatible with Windows95 Dial-Up Networking and Windows NT Remote Access Services.
CMail Server features: user-defined timeout periods for timed operations; mailing lists or "exploders" which allow you to send your email to multiple recipients; user aliases; automatically appended signatures; a powerful Web interface; automated virus scanning using popular anti-virus software packages; filtering of file attachments to prevent certain file types from being sent or received, or messages containing certain undesirable words or phrases from being sent; complete firewall security; multithreaded code for fast and efficient operation; log files; support for multiple hosts/domains; and options to automatically or manually connect to and disconnect from the Internet.
