The multithreaded server design supports ESMTP, POP3, IMAP4, FTP, HTTP, CGI, and ISAPI. With this server you can utilize virtual hosts, virtual and user directories, and authentication. The Infradig Personal Server is designed to be as platform independent as possible, supporting Windows and UNIX, yet still using optimal operating system features such as ISAPI (WIN32), threads (WIN32, Unix/POSIX) and forking (UNIX).
Included with the Infradig Personal Server is the Inframail Mail-Server. Its object-oriented design makes it easily extensible, featuring replaceable modules that allow for targeting of different storage systems and protocol interfaces and gateways.
