is a Web-based survey application which enables you to quickly produce and publish surveys and questionnaires on the Internet and intranet.

Survey respondents need only a standard Web browser to access the published surveys.
Surveyor's features include: the ability to create and manage survey groups; password protection; survey invitation list creation; existing survey duplication; survey start and stop dates; and old survey archiving.
You can add your own input fields; set a questionnaire's background image and color, as well as font type, size, and color; include rating, multiple-choice, and free text questions; and include drop down lists and pictures.
In addition, you can create summary reports with informative charts, inspect single responses to a survey, design complete comment reports for a survey, and export survey answers to external statistical applications.
