Unlike the Windows 95 desktop, you don't need to minimze all of your running applications to find something. You can Alt-TAB to RipBAR, select it from the taskbar, or specify a hotkey that will activate RipBAR from anywhere in Windows, which means getting to items stored on RipBAR is faster and more convenient. And because items on the bar are arranged in compact form and organized into groups, there is no need to navigate the Windows 95 Start Menu either. You can even specify that RipBAR "hide itself" until activated so that it doesn't clutter your screen.
RipBAR also comes pre-loaded with a number of very useful tools including memory gauges, resource gauges, time and date display, command line launching tool, quick-exit and logoff, and "Post-It" (tm) style notes for those things you don't want to forget.
Unlike other toolbars, RipBAR comes in one compact executable; there is no need for hundreds of DLL files and no memory bloat, which results in a performance advantage.
