Formerly known as WP Clipart Viewer, WP Clipper is a simple application initially designed to display PNG images included in the WP (Word Processor) Clipart collection. However, you can use it to open and edit any personal images. It offers support not only for PNG photos, but also for JPG, GIF, TIF and BMP file types.

This free tool gets quickly installed. Its interface comprises a plain-looking window with a neatly structured layout.
