AVD Photo Frame is a lightweight graphic editor whose purpose is to help you add frames and masks to your photos, resize images, as well as apply shadow and border effects.

Straightforward layout

The GUI looks clean and reveals a well-structured suite of features. Pictures can be imported in the main window using only the built-in browse button (the drag-and-drop support is not implemented).Plus, you can preview photos and any adjustments applied to them directly in the main window. In case you get bored with frames included in the preset collection, you may import custom photos from your computer.The frames can be tweaked in terms of rotation angle, size, and position (inside or outside the images). When it comes to masks, you can work with different styles (e.g. rectangular, oval), alter the color of the mask, set its opacity, apply gradient effects, and insert all sorts of textures.What’s more, you are allowed to undo your actions, flip or rotate photos to different angles, resize images to the desired value and use resample filters (e.g. triangle, linear, fast linear), crop pictures, set the size of the canvas, insert borders with custom color and size, as well as apply shadow effects (with user-defined color, offset, and radius).The edited images can be printed or exported to TIF, GIF, JPEG, PCX, BMP, ICO, PNG, PDF, EPS, PSD, TGA, or to another file format. Tests have shown that the utility carries out editing tasks quickly and offers very good output quality. It is not a resource hog so you do not have to worry that it hampers the overall performance of the PC.
