lets you mark students' writing on the computer and send it back as an HTML document by e-mail.
The program was developed as a marking system for courses supplied via the Iinternet, and can produce marked and commented work in the form of RTF or text documents, or as HTML files which can be viewed using a Web browser.
Any student's text in electronic form (from an e-mail message or word processing file) can be loaded into the program and marked using a system of buttons and annotations (which are fully customizable). The marked text can then be automatically compiled into a Web page in HTML format. Ideas or points in the student's text are hyperlinked to annotations and comments from the teacher. Error statistics are also automatically compiled and included in the text. The Web page (along with a text version for printing) can then be sent back to the student by e-mail. The student can view the marked document using their Web browser.
