ThumbsUp lets you visually browse folders containing JPEG files.

A closer look at ThumbsUp
All the JPEG files in the folder (directory) are shown in a thumb-nail format. You can adjust the image size and view a full-size slide show.
You can automatically create new thumbnails on an HTML page and have them be in a table and/or anchors to the full size images.
Utilities let you delete, move and rename your files while sorting them based on size, date or name.
