The trial version of iCoach for Rowing includes 10 hours of unlimited free use so that you can evaluate the program.

iCoach for Rowing - Coach Edition ($194.95) enables the coach to quickly develop training plans and tailor them to individual crews using drag and drop technology. It also has a rigging, technique and testing management system. These can be emailed to the rower to open in their free Athlete Edition of iCoach for Rowing and training diaries can be emailed back to the coach as the rower fills them out.

iCoach for Rowing - Personal Edition ($94.95) is a personal training database for rowers that don't have coaches or who manage their own training program. Not available as a demo download.
