Internet ToolBox features information tools (a connection watcher to let you monitor your TCP/IP and UDP connections; modem and dial-up details; and network adapter and Winsock particulars), active Web tools (domain name checking; DNS querying; Finger; host monitoring; Internet time synchronization; IP and port scanning; server name lookup and reverse lookup; Ping; Trace Route; Web site status checking; and Whois), and servers and daemons (Finger server; Ident server; and Time server).

It also includes multi-purpose, customizable sensors (visual charts that are used to monitor many aspects of an Internet connection or remote site).

The program can run as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
