HelpTrac features report and graph generation tools, support for templates, a technician lock-out function for maintenance purposes, the ability to customize fonts and colors, and network support.
It also includes a one-way Alpha pager, a digital pager, the ability to generate new tasks with incoming e-mail and notify users of resolutions with outgoing messages, a timer, logging capability, and a separate pop-up utility (HTListen) to notify technicians of new tasks even when HelpTrac is not running.
