TrackDesk provides a tightly integrated system for customer tracking, support logging, help desk management, invoicing, licensing, registration coding and more.
TrackDesk uses a standard Microsoft Outlook style interface and is written with Delphi 4 using native components. It utilizes xBase compatible databases and high capacity, high performance multi-user databases. Client/server options are available for larger networks. TrackDesk includes ActiveX and native Delphi registration components, and the registration codes use a secure four stage encryption. It allows you to import and export files in standard ASCII CSV (comma delimited) format.
Features of TrackDesk include: support for multiple database folders of each type; the ability to keep track of individual persons within a customer company; automatic date, time and user name stamping for each entry; a reminder date for each entry automatically highlighted in red; an unlimited notes section for each entry; the ability to track product serial numbers and quantity on hand; the ability to produce custom reports; and support for an integrated full text search of all databases.
Other features of TrackDesk include: multiple-user security options for each area; a product database with a version history list; a help desk knowledgebase; the ability to automatically create help desk items from support; separate contact databases; the ability to easily turn contacts into customers; an integrated e-mail system; and a newsletter database that supports bulk e-mailing.
TrackDesk also gives you the ability to: authenticate registration codes by e-mail or phone; register, renew, or change LAN users remotely; and create imbedded registration files to distribute with your applications.
