In depth

A closer look at dBOrganiser (16-bit)

The split window enables you to view the tables and queries contained in "Your Database" alongside those contained in another database. This "Other Database" may be a Jet database or an external database. The Jet database engine is used by such applications as Microsoft Access. External databases can be Dbase, FoxPro, Paradox, Btrieve, Text, Excel, SQL Server, ODBC databases and many others.

dBOrganiser lets you easily organize the tables and queries between two databases with such operations as import, export, attach, rename and delete. It also comes with utilities that allow you to backup, repair, compact or convert a Jet database from an earlier to a later version.

It can be used both as a stand alone application, suitable for the database user or developer, as well as a Jet database application add-on. As an add-on it extends the capabilities of any application.
