Doxygen There is no setup pack, which makes Doxygen portable. You can drop the program files in a custom directory on the disk and directly launch the app, as well as move them to a USB flash drive to easily launch Doxygen on any PC. Plus, it does not modify Windows registry settings or create extra files on the disk without your permission, thus leaving it clean after removal. Advanced users familiarized with console apps may launch Doxygen from a Command Prompt dialog, study the list of triggers and quickly send commands for execution. There is also a graphical interface available that splits the entire task into two steps.
