It allows you to choose from different runs from ultra-fast to very slow the latter will prevent excessive resource consumption and is a great option for less powerful computers. Alternatively you can use it to split a file into parts of varying sizes and even password-protect them. Another great feature of keka is the ability to delete the file after compression to avoid wasting space on the hard drive. There's also the option to exclude hidden files from mac or compress files separately.
