Backup offers many features not found in the backup utility that comes with IOMega ZIP and Jazz drives. Features include: optional compression using LZH5, LZH, or RLE; password-protection; the ability to create multiple backup sets; drag and drop file and folder selection; the ability to perform archive integrity verification; multiple disk spanning; the option to eject disk on exit; optional password protection; the ability to back up files that have changed since the last backup; and the ability to back up all files into one archive file.

Blackboard Intelli-Bak can also be used to backup files between any two drives of any type.

This program was formerly called Blackboard Backup.
