A closer look at Chngcase

Chngcase reads existing text in the Windows Clipboard, converts the case of the text to one of several different options (uppercase, lowercase, sentence case, initial capitals, or toggle case), then pastes the text back to the Windows Clipboard.

There is an option that allows for automatically copying and pasting from running applications, and option to ignore HTML tags. Chngcase can also be run from the command line, which allows it to be called from other applications.
