seamlessly integrates inside Windows Explorer, letting you manage and manipulate ZIP archives.
You can open, create, modify, and extract (from) ZIP archives using easy-to-use yet powerful Windows Explorer resources such as drag and drop, right-click context and pull-down menus, toolbars, and copy/paste.
Furthermore, PKZIP Explorer provides advanced ZIP file management functionality via the PKZIP Archive Manager and integrated tools such as the Add and Extract dialogs. A ZIP Attachment plug in works seamlessly with Microsoft Outlook 2000 to automatically archive files sent via e-mail.
A browser plug-in lets you view or manipulate a ZIP archive downloaded from the Internet, stop or resume a ZIP archive download, and save the archive to a folder on a local or network drive or leave in the browser cache for automatic clean up.
Additional features include the ability to digitally sign ZIP files with standard X.509 digital certificates, support for Public Key Infrastructure digital signatures, support for self-extracting EXE files, splitting of large ZIP files into specified file sizes, spanning ZIP files over multiple removable media and many other features.
